The City has a full library of previous work which will influence the course of this project. The existing comprehensive plan and development regulations, the transportation plan, non-motorized transportation plan, downtown plan, parks plan, and others are available via the links here and on the City’s website. We will also post links to other relevant materials, including articles, results from various engagement activities, and explorations of best practices which may inform our approach to this process.

The Comprehensive Plan is organized into elements that act as chapters. Each element focuses on a planning topic that is required or recommended by Washington’s Growth Management Act.
